At one point, it appeared Jacob Wilson would run away in the AL by the MLB Rookie of the Year odds, but it's his teammate, Nick Kurtz who's the unstoppable force in the market thanks to his emergence as one of the best hitters in all of baseball.

Wilson is still among the league leaders in hits, but he's slowed down while Kurtz has absolutely exploded
Kurtz's four-homer game was arguably the best hitting performance in baseball history, and he'd very likely be in the AL MVP conversation if he had played as many games as those atop that oddsboard
Nevertheless, he appears poised to run away with the AL Rookie of the Year Award
In the NL, it's a battle between Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Jacob Misiorowski and Atlanta Braves catcher Drake Baldwin
The latter has been playing nearly every day as the Braves bench/look to trade Marcell Ozuna, making this a very interesting race
I'd learn toward Baldwin because he's far less likely to face any playing time restrictions for the rest of the season
